Booking SOP

UPON APPROVAL OF THE BOOKING:

  1. 50% of total rental will be requested.
  2. The customer will be asked whether they would like to add extra tables/chairs/canopies
  3. For full day package + Full Area (Day Time)
    1. Preparation will start a day before from 6.00pm – 10.00pm
    2. During the event day, we will open the hall at 9.00pm-6.00pm
  4. For full day package + Deck Only (Day Time)
    1. Preparation will start a day before from 6.00pm – 8.00pm  
    2. During the event day, the customer may start using the deck from 8.00am – 6.00 pm
  5. Half-day package + Full Area (Day Time)
    1. Preparation and Event should be within 9.00 am- 6.00 pm
  6. Half-day package + Deck only (Day Time)
    1. Preparation and Event should be within 9.00 am- 6.00 pm
  7. The 50% of total rental will not be refunded if cancellation is made 90 days or less before the event
  8. Deposit for Cleanliness will be deducted if:
    1. Tables and chairs are not arranged to their original position
    2. Floor is not swept
    3. Rubbish is not disposed
